Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Maria Solorzano, then Maria Arreaga, came to the United States when she was only 6 years old with her parents, Carlos and Blanca Arreaga. As the middle child, with one sister and brother, Maria watched her parents lay the foundation and set roots for, not only her immediate family, but also, the extended relatives to come over the States. Initially, working in restaurants, her father and mother set the example of hard work, dedication and commitment that would be integral to Maria’s success in her career.
Monica McCormack-Casey began her career in banking in 1973 with Jersey City based The Trust Company of New Jersey. After starting out as a clerk typist, she worked all aspects of Branch Banking until becoming the company's first female Branch Manager and later Area Market Manager before becoming their NJ Government Banking Officer. She continued her career with North Fork Bank as Senior Vice President of Government Banking before joining TD Bank in 2011. Presently, she is the Senior Government Relationship Manager serving Hudson, Essex, Union, and Bergen Counties and also in New York City.

Catherine M. Laszkow is the Business Development Administrator at BCB Community Bank and was previously the Branch Administrator for the banks Retail Banking Division. Cathy has been in the banking industry for over 40 years, and formerly served as Vice President at the Provident Bank, New Jersey.
